Who can use the Care Compass?

The Care Compass is suitable for all companies in the healthcare industry. Whether you are a clinic, nursing home, day care center, doctor, or nurse, the Care Compass helps to simplify your processes.

No. The Care Compass cannot and should not replace training or personal contact between employees. It merely offers support in everyday work, but is not used for treating patients. It is therefore not a pharmaceutical product. It is simply a tool designed to make work processes more efficient.

Data security and data protection are important issues for every company, and we take them very seriously. Our systems are hosted on German servers. We only store the names and email addresses of users. To ensure the security of our infrastructure, we also have to store IP addresses for a short period of time (maximum seven days). We do not require any further data.

The Care Compass simplifies internal processes, important information, and the storage and handling of medical equipment, making it easy to find. This can be implemented with the help of documents, descriptions, images, and room maps. In addition, we are currently developing checklists and a push notification feature that will allow you to quickly inform your employees about important changes.

To understand the problems and challenges faced by care services, we teamed up with caregivers and developed the app in close collaboration with them from the very beginning. This meant that it was tested in practice right from the start and adapted so that we could best meet your needs.

Care Compass supports Android and iOS operating systems. Your employees can use the app on their smartphones or tablets.

The editorial system is available online on all devices. However, we recommend using a PC for this purpose.

Of course. If you are unsure whether Care Compass is right for your facility, we can set up a pilot project. As part of this project, selected employees or a ward, for example, test the app for a certain period of time (usually three to six months) and have the opportunity to see its benefits for themselves. If you then decide to use Care Compass, it will be extended to other wards or departments. You decide to what extent this happens.
